How Drop-Off Appointments Work
Scheduling a drop-off appointment is simple. We’ll reserve your pet’s appointment in advance, and when you arrive, a member of our team will review your pet’s medical history, discuss the reason for the visit, and have you complete the necessary consent forms.
During your pet’s stay, one of our veterinarians will perform a thorough physical examination and provide any pre-approved preventive care, such as vaccinations or routine services. If we identify any unexpected findings or have recommendations beyond the planned visit, we’ll contact you to discuss them before proceeding.
Once your pet’s visit is complete, we’ll review the examination findings, discuss any recommendations, and let you know when your pet is ready to be picked up.
Drop-Off Appointment Requirements
To help ensure your pet receives the appropriate care, please note the following requirements for drop-off appointments:
- Your pet must have been seen by one of our doctors in the past.
- Wellness appointments (exams and vaccines) are ideal for drop-off visits. If your pet is sick or you have any medical concerns, please call us first. Our doctor may be able to accommodate certain illness appointments on a case-by-case basis.
- You must be available by phone should we need to contact you with any questions or abnormal findings during the pet’s exam.
