Peri Wiley, DVM
Growing up in Columbus, Dr. Peri Wiley always knew she wanted to dedicate her life to caring for animals! She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota in 2024 before beginning her career in Athens and Pomeroy, Ohio, where she gained experience caring for small and large animals, as well as pocket pets and exotics.
Along the way, Dr. Wiley discovered a special love for feline and pocket pet medicine. She enjoys getting to know each pet and their family and believes that compassionate, personalized care is the foundation of a positive veterinary experience.
When she’s not at the clinic, Dr. Wiley loves curling up with a good book, staying active, and spending time with her friends, family, and her two beloved cats, Nadja and Lazlo.
Elizabeth Wilson
Elizabeth attended Wright State University and is dedicated to helping pets live happy, healthy, and comfortable lives! She believes every family deserves access to quality veterinary care and takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients while providing personalized, compassionate care. Elizabeth has a special passion for caring for senior pets and guiding families through end-of-life decisions with empathy, kindness, and support! When she’s not at the clinic, Elizabeth loves spending time with her husband, their eight dogs, and their extended family. She has also spent the past four years serving as a Marching Band Instructor for a local high school band program, a role she finds incredibly rewarding.
In her free time, she enjoys getting lost in a good book and studying Scripture as she continues to grow in her faith!
Dustin L., RVT
Dustin has been dedicated to caring for pets and their families for more than 12 years, bringing both experience and compassion to every patient he meets. He attended Ohio State University and Brown Mackie College before completing the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician program. Dustin is passionate about providing gold standard medicine and holds himself to the highest standards of patient care, always striving to ensure every pet receives the exceptional treatment they deserve! He loves building lasting relationships with clients and helping them feel confident in their pet’s care. When he’s not at the clinic, you’ll most likely find him doing ALL the things outdoors including hunting, fishing, hiking, and/or camping.
Julia H.
Julia has been caring for pets for the past three years and loves being part of a field where she can make a difference in the lives of animals and their families. She is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician program, continuing to grow her skills and knowledge so she can provide the best care possible for every patient she meets! Julia takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for pets while helping them stay happy and healthy throughout their lives. She enjoys building trust with each patient and making sure they feel loved and supported during their time at the clinic. Outside of the clinic, Julia can usually be found curled up with a good book, playing Dungeons & Dragons, or working on her latest crochet project!
Jaida T.
Jaida has been immersed in the veterinary industry for nearly five years and loves getting to know both pets and the people who love them! She earned her bachelor’s degree in animal science from Ohio State University and is currently attending C-State to earn her veterinary technician credentials. Whether she’s helping with patient care or simply offering a reassuring smile, Jaida strives to make every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible, creating a welcoming environment where pets and their families feel cared for every step of the way. Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find her with a good book in hand, checking out a new local coffee shop, or enjoying a peaceful walk surrounded by nature!
Ian D.
Ian has a genuine passion for making both pets and their people feel comfortable and cared for throughout their veterinary experience. After attending The Ohio State University, he has spent the past three years in veterinary medicine, where he takes pride in providing pet owners with clear, consistent communication and making the care process feel as easy and seamless as possible. When he’s not caring for pets, Ian enjoys unwinding with video games or a good movie, getting out on the water to kayak, and spending time outdoors hiking and exploring.
Mikhala M.
With a genuine love for animals and a passion for helping others, Mikhala brings a warm, steady presence to the veterinary field, where she has spent the past three years. She attended The Ohio State University and takes pride in staying calm and level-headed in any situation, helping patients and their families feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. Outside of work, Mikhala enjoys getting lost in a good book, expressing her creativity through arts and crafts, traveling to new places, and staying active through running, hiking, and lifting weights.
Joii W.
Joii has been caring for pets and their families since 2022 and is passionate about creating positive experiences for anyone who enters Suburban Animal Clinic. She takes pride in providing excellent communication, always greeting clients with a smile, and making sure every person and pet she works with feels genuinely cared for and supported! Joii believes that building trust and showing compassion are important parts of providing exceptional care. Outside of the clinic, she loves staying active through hiking, shooting hoops, playing tennis, and swimming. At home, she’s kept on her toes by her lively crew of pets, including two dogs and two cats who keep life full of love and adventure.
Aaliyah R.
Aaliyah has been part of the veterinary field for five years and loves being able to make a difference in the lives of pets and the families who care for them. After attending Briggs High School, she found her passion in helping animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during their visits! Aaliyah takes pride in providing compassionate care while partnering with pet owners to help them feel confident, informed, and empowered when it comes to supporting their pets’ health and happiness. She believes building trust with both pets and their people is an important part of creating a positive experience every step of the way! Outside of the clinic, Aaliyah enjoys time spent cuddled up with her cats and fiancé, watching a favorite movie or show, or playing video games together.
